Jaci is originally from Whitmore Lake, Michigan and moved to the Lakes Region in 1981.  After working a short time for an area accountant she decided it was time to do something on her own.  With her love of cooking, she became well known throughout the area after starting a business called "The Lunch Basket".  For several years she and her crew served up homemade entrees to several local businesses that came to rely on her for providing a mouth-watering meal.  In 1986 she joined a local real estate company as an administrative assistant and started to learn about the real estate business.  It didn't take long for her to realize real estate was what she really wanted to do.  While studying to obtain her license, she developed a system of "flash" cards to help others that were interested in getting into the field and marketed them to real estate schools.  She has been a licensed Realtor® ever since and is known throughout the real estate community as one of the top agents on Squam.

Joe is a native New Englander who is originally from the southern part of New Hampshire.  He spent many summers vacationing on Lake Winnipesaukee and after graduating from Plymouth State College in 1977 decided the Lakes Region was where he wanted to be.  He started his sales career at Cold Spring Properties in Ashland and later worked at a local automobile dealership in Plymouth.  After helping manage two family businesses on Squam Lake, he started a general contracting business with his brother which remained in operation until the early 1990's.  In 1992 he joined Conway Office Products, Inc. where he developed a new territory for the company.  After 11 years establishing new accounts throughout northern New Hampshire and northeastern Vermont, he knew his real desire was to work locally and after an offer to join a local real estate firm, he decided to make the change.  He has been actively marketing properties on Squam Lake and the surrounding area for the past several years and is currently the managing broker for Maxfield Real Estate in Center Harbor.
